Mock interview in person or via telephone with an experienced interviewer. Tomlin will evaluate and provide pertinent feedback to maximize their strengths and overcome weaknesses.

If you do the recruitment for a staff opening, or want to bring back a retired or former employee for a long-term project or peak period, we’ll handle every detail of the prescreening process: the interview, testing, background check, employment verification, and provide you with a comprehensive report for an informed hiring decision.
