Pre-qualification begins with a personal interview, conducted by an experienced professional to assess the applicant's aptitude for and interest in the employment opportunity. This individual attention benefits both employer and candidate, often revealing personal traits that résumés alone cannot reflect.

Testing covers a broad spectrum of job-specific capabilities, including typing, grammar, customer service, math, filing, data entry and proofreading. Where appropriate, we also test for familiarity with popular software programs, including Windows, Word, and Excel.

Conscious of the industry estimate that perhaps one-third of all résumés contain exaggerations or outright misstatements, we conduct background and reference checks to verify the applicant's education and experience.
