meet the staff needs of our clients – for both temporary and permanent hiring.
The process begins with a brief phone interview when you call our office. We
want to determine how we can best be of service to you. Once this has been
established, an appointment will be arranged.
Allow approximately 2-3 hours for the application and interview process.
Please bring your résumé and two forms of identification. An in-depth interview
with a Tomlin Staffing Manager will be conducted and appropriate evaluations
will be administered.
After this process has been completed and all information received, Tomlin
will conduct an appropriate background search in accordance with the Fair Credit
Reporting Act. When an employment opportunity matching your qualifications and
criteria is identified we may contact you for consideration. You are always
