positions.
The process may begin with a brief phone interview when an online application
is completed. We
want to determine how we can best be of service to you. Once this has been
established, an appointment will be arranged.
Completing the online application prior to a scheduled interview will
minimize the time spent in our office. Allow approximately 2-3 hours for the
application process. Please bring your résumé and two forms of identification.
An in-depth interview with a Tomlin Staffing Manager will be conducted and
appropriate evaluations administered.
After this process has been completed and all information received, Tomlin
will conduct an appropriate background screening in accordance with the Fair Credit
Reporting Act. When an employment opportunity matching your qualifications and
