Having started the company in 1985 and enduring
several business cycles
since then, Holly’s business philosophy has never wavered.
"Our success is a direct reflection of providing an outstanding level of
customer service, to both clients and employees. Every day we have to earn
their business and patronage. Often new customers will comment about our
passion to details and follow-up. I’m convinced we do it better than anyone
else".

Holly shared her story on how her entrepreneurial
spirit began Tomlin Temporary Services as it was known in 1985. The business
luncheon was held on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at the Tampa Club
(in the Bank of America building, downtown Tampa) at 12 noon.
