Melanie Gibb, PHR, Staffing Coordinator
Melanie has been employed in Workforce Development/Employment and Training
for over 13 years with over 5 years in the staffing industry.
She started her professional career with the Central Texas Workforce
Development Board, and then moved on to work with the Army Career and Alumni
Program, a federal program designed to assist active duty service members and
Department of Defense employees with their transition to the civilian
workforce.
Melanie joined the Tomlin team upon her relocation to the Tampa area in
2005.
Melanie is certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Human
Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). She is a member of the Society for
Human Resources Management (SHRM), as well as HR Tampa (the local branch of
SHRM). Melanie also serves on the Aparicio-Levy Technical Advisory Board.
